Paradise Valley Estates is a 76-acre Life Plan Community outside Napa, California. While founded as a retirement community for military officers, the community sought to expand its resident population beyond this audience. Riggs Partners developed a brand strategy that positions the community as an enclave of high achievers: those connected by rich life experiences and a broad world view. Most recently, we have led marketing efforts in support of its newest 70-unit expansion, “The Ridge,” now under construction.
