Job Opportunity: Account Manager

Riggs Partners is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities

General Project Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, ensuring communication is proactive, thoughtful, and solution oriented.
  • Develop project workflows, coordinate internal teams and outside vendors, and ensure all work aligns with established strategy, timelines, and budgets.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all tactical action items and deliverables.
  • Utilize workflow management platforms (preferably Monday.com or similar) to manage schedules, assets, and progress reports.

Digital Marketing Project Management

  • Manage workflow for digital marketing projects, including websites, social media campaigns, digital advertising, and email marketing initiatives. Must be highly proficient in harnessing and optimizing technology platforms across a digital marketing portfolio.
  • Translate brand strategy into actionable digital and content strategies that align with client goals and budgets.

PR/Social Media/Writing

  • Work with account directors to develop and implement effective public relations strategies for clients, including strategy and content development for social media.
  • Produce clear, compelling written communication—including client correspondence, proposals and presentations.

Business Development & Growth

  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow client business through new initiatives, digital enhancements, and strategic partnerships.
  • Support agency business development efforts, including content development for the agency’s social media program proposal development, and new business presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in an integrated marketing, advertising, or communications agency or corporate marketing environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client accounts and coordinating integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in digital project management preferred, with strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, analytics, and emerging trends.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with workflow management software (Monday.com preferred).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities with composure and professionalism.
  • Passion for brand storytelling and a strong understanding of how strategy, creativity, and execution work together to achieve results.

Work Environment
Monday – Thursday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm in our offices at 750 Meeting Street, West Columbia, SC. Team members have the option to work remotely on Fridays, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
