Arbor Ridge

Arbor Ridge is the independent living experience within the Community at Brookmeade, nestled in the bucolic Hudson River Valley area. While the community had always enjoyed optimal capacity in its assisted living and skilled nursing programs, the arrival of independent living to its portfolio represented a new challenge. Riggs Partners developed the brand marketing (sans the logo), positioning the new community to an upscale market as a welcome escape from maintenance issues, leaving one with more time to savor the vast cultural and recreational amenities found in the historic village of Rhinebeck.
