Lula Drake

BRAND IDENTITY

Lula Drake, a wine bar housed in Columbia’s oldest standing block of buildings, is named after a local eccentric whose hat shop inhabited the space in the early 1920s. The custom logotype and monogram — based on her calling card found in a steamer trunk in the basement of the space — were designed to honor the location’s history and capture the spirit of the mysterious Lula Drake.
